IPLab System Requirements

IPLab for Windows

• Windows 98, 2000, or XP
• At least 128 megabytes of memory (128 MB of RAM), 1 GB recommended
• A CD-ROM drive and a hard disk
• A display card and monitor set to 24-bit or 32-bit color and a resolution of at least 800x600

In General

Image processing requires a lot of memory to store the active image data. The more memory you have available to IPLab, the better the program will perform.

Cameras and camera interfaces will require a PCI slot or a FireWire (IEEE-1394) port. Some hardware, such as motorized microscopes, will require a serial port.
