IPLab & IPLab extensions - Scientific Imaging Software

IPLab for Windows forms the core of our microscopy packages, and can be used for any application. IPLab acquires, processes, and quantifies your data, captures real time, time lapse, and 3D pictures of live and fixed samples, and controls your camera and microscope hardware. Software extensions expand IPLab's capabilities to meet your needs:

The MultiProbe extension for Windows expands IPLab/Win's fluorescence microscopy functionality for applications including fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), comparative genomic hybridization (CGH), and multiprobe imaging of GFP, CFP, YFP, and all other dyes.

The Motion Control extension gives IPLab control of your hardware, enabling you to automate your experiments. You can get all of the Motion Control extensions, or you can get just the Shutters & Filters extension for controlling motorized shutters and filter wheels. Motion Control contains all this plus extensions for controlling motorized x, y, and z stages and motorized microscopes from Leica, Nikon, Olympus, and Zeiss. Ask us if we control your hardware!
